My client are a multi-award winning, innovative company based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. In this role, you will be the first point of contact and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service for the company’s clients by going above and beyond the set expectations.
This is an exciting role where no two days are the same and it also comes with a lot of career development and progression, no experience in wealth management is needed, but ideally a customer service background would be advantageous in your application.
The Role:

Liaising with clients and financial professionals to manage a portfolio of assets.

Inbound support via phone, video chat and email.

Coordinating appointments for clients who require assistance with their portfolio.

Working closely with in-house teams.

Communicating between different departments in the office.
The Package:

Salary: £23,795.20
