At the time, he was a one-man band…but he was someone who already had definite ideas about what a successful recruitment business would look like. He’d worked for previous recruitment firms and knew what worked and, more importantly, what didn’t.

He hasn’t looked back and the business continues to flourish with growth recorded in every one of those five years. 2023 is already shaping-up to be another successful year for StaffPower Group, which now has an established training division with a combined projected turnover of £10million. The businesses also represent several prestigious local firms in the North East.
