Young Person Support Worker

StaffPower Health Care are looking to recruit support staff to work with young people with complex needs on various packages.

Essential experience:

• Applicants must have at least 6 month experience within this sector
• Applicants must supply DBS checks.

About the job:

The young people will have a wide range of complex needs including behavioural issues, drug and alcohol misuse, self harm and LDD.

Duties will include:

• Escorting in the community
• Activities
• Managing money
• Attending care meetings and promoting independence
