Over one and a half days this week, Staff Power Group have been through our Matrix assessment which identified how we operate as a business and looked at how we deliver information, advice and guidance (IAG) to all stakeholders including our esteemed staff, valued partners, employers and learners, all of whom we would like to massively thank for their support in helping us attain Matrix accreditation.

 

Staff Power has passed the assessment with flying colours, signifying our unwavering commitment to delivering IAG services in accordance with the standards set by the Department for Education (DfE). In fact, our adherence to the Matrix standard surpasses expectations in certain areas, further cementing our position as a paragon of excellence and continuous improvement.

 

The Matrix standard is the DfE’s standard for ensuring the quality of the delivery of high quality information, advice and guidance. It helps providers to improve their services by benchmarking against best practices and it offers accreditations to those that meet the full standard, which Staff Power now officially does.
